This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Cultivating relationships while embodying the company's core values of trust, service, and integrity, identifying strategic long-term clients, and ultimately securing significant and repeatable orders.
• Expanding business opportunities with both existing and new inbound customers.
• Formulating and actively overseeing strategies to achieve specific sales targets, drive profitable growth, and enhance market share/image.
• Assisting customers in selecting the most suitable rapid manufacturing technologies for their development projects.
• Serving as the primary contact for all new projects related to prototyping and low-volume production.
• Providing support to our sales engineering team in generating quotes tailored to specific customer requirements.
• Ensuring that new customer needs are gathered and made accessible to internal departments to kickstart project management.
• Delivering technical presentations at customer seminars and industry events.
• Gathering and reporting on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer events.
• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Advanced proficiency in English is required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience in a quota-carrying full-cycle sales position.
• Experience in a high-volume inbound sales environment.
• Proficient in tools such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and Zoom/WebEx/GoToMeeting.
• Required experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Strong negotiation abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
• High energy and a positive attitude to engage comfortably with customers and drive sales.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
• Willingness to work on-site once a week.
