• Complete sales cycle management: from initial outreach to the signed contract
• Developing and overseeing a pipeline of qualified opportunities across various industries
• Conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations that uncover genuine business challenges
• Negotiating commercial terms and effectively managing deals to closure
• Providing accurate forecasts and managing your pipeline within our CRM
• Partnering with SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success to expand our customer base
• 2–4 years of experience in full-cycle SaaS or services sales with a proven track record of achieving quota (being in the top 20% of your team is a significant advantage)
• A true hunter mentality: you actively generate your own pipeline rather than waiting for leads
• Confidence in owning the closing process: discovery, demonstration, negotiation, and signature
• A competitive spirit and the ability to remain resilient in the face of rejection
• Excellent discovery skills and a natural curiosity about customer businesses
• Clear and persuasive written and verbal communication abilities
• A coachable attitude with a mindset focused on continuous improvement (1% better every day)
• Technical proficiency in tools such as Pipedrive or HubSpot, Outreach or Salesloft, Gong or Chorus, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but relevant experience is valued more
