This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Take ownership of the complete sales process, from prospecting and qualification to closing and expansion.
• Cultivate relationships with leaders in AI, engineering teams, platform teams, security teams, and executive stakeholders.
• Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers in understanding how White Circle integrates into their AI ecosystem.
• Navigate intricate purchasing processes that involve technical teams, legal, procurement, and executive decision-makers.
• Identify valuable use cases and assist customers throughout their evaluation and deployment journey.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO on strategic initiatives.
• Deliver structured customer feedback to product and engineering teams.
• Contribute to the development of messaging, sales processes, and playbooks that will facilitate future growth.
• Drive pipeline development, revenue generation, and customer adoption.
• Possess experience in selling technical B2B software to enterprise clients.
• Quickly grasp complex technical products and articulate their value effectively.
• Comfortable communicating with both engineers and executives.
• Capable of operating efficiently without predefined playbooks or rigid processes.
• Demonstrate strong commercial instincts and exceptional communication abilities.
• Excel in fast-paced environments where priorities shift rapidly.
• Fluent in English.
• A significant advantage if you have experience selling AI, infrastructure, developer tools, cybersecurity, cloud, or platform products.
• Have served as an early sales hire in a startup.
• Have a background as a software engineer, solutions engineer, sales engineer, or in another technical capacity.
• Have founded a company or developed something from the ground up.
