This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Create and execute regional market access contract pull-through strategies for designated accounts.
• Facilitate connections with BeOne’s field Medical Value and Outcomes (MVO) team.
• Build corporate relationships with essential business-to-business account stakeholders.
• Assist with patient access and field reimbursement for solid tumor products.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to execute corporate strategies.
• Exhibit thorough knowledge and proficiency in EMR and Order Sets.
• Work closely with compliance, legal, pricing/contracting, and trade/distribution departments.
• Engage with field sales management to eliminate access barriers.
• Lead and conduct regional Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for targeted accounts.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant pharmaceutical experience.
• At least 5 years of direct experience in corporate account management, preferably in oncology.
• Familiarity with managing accounts in IDN, Health Systems, Community GPO, and Dedicated Cancer Centers.
• Required oncology therapeutic experience; oral and IV oncology, particularly solid tumor IV, is strongly preferred.
• Experience in launching products in the biotech or pharmaceutical US marketplace is required.
• Proven ability to think strategically.
• Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• A history of successful account management experience.
• Strong negotiation skills are essential.
• Bachelor of Science degree; MBA is preferred.
