• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, project scopes, timelines, and presentations.
• Support discussions on pricing and commercial planning activities.
• Aid in developing project plans that align with client objectives and business needs.
• Gain exposure to budgeting, project estimation, and commercial decision-making processes.
• Maintain precise project records, account updates, and documentation.
• Track project progress and create periodic reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure organized management of proposals, timelines, deliverables, and account-related information.
• Assist in process improvements to boost operational efficiency.
• 1–2 years of experience in account management, client servicing, project coordination, operations, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to execution.
• Eagerness to learn about project management, client engagement, pricing, and commercial processes.
