This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Seek, assess, and oversee the sales process and opportunities to secure commercial engagements for the watchTowr Platform.
• Collaborate with commercial leadership to develop precise sales forecasts and mapping of target accounts, followed by executing a strategic plan.
• Identify new business prospects and formulate comprehensive account development strategies, engagement plans, and objectives for each account within your designated industries.
• Your skill in conveying our value proposition and product capabilities is crucial for influencing and advising key decision-makers, ultimately reinforcing watchTowr’s credibility.
• Align your strategy and approach with overarching business objectives – we are ambitious and expect you to be as well.
• Ensure all customer requirements are fulfilled, in accordance with watchTowr’s quality standards, throughout the entire commercial process.
• You possess over 5 years of B2B/enterprise cybersecurity direct sales experience in fast-paced and dynamic environments, whether in product or consultancy roles.
• Have a background in direct cybersecurity technology sales with enterprise-level accounts.
• Experience in historically regulated markets (banking, insurance, etc.) in a direct-sales role.
• Understanding of the purchasing cycle involving senior stakeholders (CXOs) and how enterprises procure technology.
• You should have in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, the current status-quo of how organizations assess their cybersecurity vulnerabilities, and the competitive landscape within this sector.
• Proven experience in managing sales team members, mentoring both junior and mid-level personnel to achieve commercial goals.
• You’ve thrived in fast-paced environments and are self-sufficient in achieving your objectives without relying on external teams – you know how to accomplish your tasks independently.
• Familiarity with structured sales processes and methodologies, such as the Challenger sales methodology.
• Ability to leverage an existing channel and partner network to facilitate transactions.
