📋 Description

• Seek, qualify, and oversee the sales process and opportunities to secure commercial prospects for the watchTowr Platform.

• Collaborate with commercial leadership to develop precise sales forecasting and mapping of target accounts, followed by executing a strategic plan.

• Discover new business avenues and formulate comprehensive account development strategies, engagement plans, and objectives for each account within your designated industries.

• Communicate our value proposition and product capabilities to influence and guide key decision-makers, ultimately establishing watchTowr’s credibility.

• Align strategies and methodologies with overarching business goals – we are ambitious and want you to be as well.

• Ensure that all customer needs are addressed, in accordance with watchTowr’s quality standards, throughout the entire commercial process.


⛳️ Requirements

• You possess over 5 years of B2B/enterprise cybersecurity direct sales experience in dynamic and empowering environments, whether in product or consultancy.

• You have a background in direct cybersecurity technology sales with enterprise clients.

• You have experience in highly-regulated sectors historically (banking, insurance, etc.) in a direct sales role.

• You comprehend the buying cycle of senior stakeholders (CXOs) and the process by which enterprises procure technology.

• You should have extensive knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, the current methods organizations use to assess their cybersecurity vulnerabilities, and the competitive landscape within this sector.

• Experienced in leading sales team members, mentoring both junior and mid-level staff to meet commercial objectives.

• You have successfully navigated fast-paced environments and are capable of achieving your goals independently, without needing assistance from other teams.

• You are well-versed in structured sales processes and methodologies, such as the Challenger sale methodology.

• You understand how to leverage an existing channel and partner network to facilitate transactions.

• You thrive in highly motivated teams that are passionate about the mission.
