This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of the entire sales process: From initial outreach to negotiation and closing, focusing on enterprise and mid-market clients within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Generate new business: Strategically prospect, qualify leads, and establish relationships with senior stakeholders in HR, Compliance, and Procurement.
• Manage both inbound and outbound efforts: Oversee leads from marketing and SDRs while actively prospecting to cultivate a robust self-generated pipeline.
• Lead consultative sales: Conduct discovery calls and provide customized demonstrations aimed at addressing customer challenges and delivering measurable business value.
• Navigate intricate deals: Collaborate with multiple stakeholders (HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Procurement) and manage deal sizes from £30K to over £100K.
• Accurately forecast: Ensure CRM accuracy (HubSpot) and supply dependable pipeline and revenue forecasts.
• Collaborate across functions: Work alongside Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to enhance messaging, share insights, and boost customer satisfaction.
• Represent Veremark: Act as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador at industry events, online communities, and client interactions.
• 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales within the Background Screening sector - direct HR technology sales experience is a must.
• A proven track record of successfully closing deals in the £30K–£100K and above range with enterprise or mid-market clients.
• Experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes and navigating corporate procurement and compliance procedures.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in prospecting using modern platforms and building a self-generated pipeline.
• Strong skills in presentation, negotiation, and relationship management, with the ability to engage C-level executives confidently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Amplemarket, Snitcher).
• Experience with SPIN Selling or MEDDPICC methodologies is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• A consultative, data-driven mindset focused on achieving business outcomes.
