This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will identify and qualify new prospective customers through systematic outbound outreach methods (e.g., cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking) with an emphasis on mid-market and large B2B companies.

• You will take over qualified opportunities following the initial qualification and advance them systematically through the sales process.

• You are accountable for active pipeline management, which includes maintenance, prioritization, and accurate forecasting.

• You will prepare deals both operationally and substantively for sales leadership (e.g., deal reviews, proposal materials, decision logic, internal alignments).

• You will assist the sales leadership in ongoing sales processes through follow-ups, documentation, analyses, and process control.

• You will collaborate closely with SDRs, Solution Consultants, and Marketing to facilitate a seamless transition between various sales phases.

• You will ensure high-quality data in the CRM system (HubSpot) and, along with the team, continually enhance our sales processes.

• You will actively contribute to making our sales organization scalable, efficient, and reliable in forecasting.


⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a degree in business or a similar qualification.

• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment.

• You have a solid understanding of complex sales processes, deal structures, and decision-making pathways in mid-market and larger organizations.

• You work in a structured, data-oriented manner and maintain an overview even with intricate pipelines.

• You communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently, both internally and externally.

• You have experience with CRM systems like HubSpot and recognize their significance for successful sales.

• You are a collaborative team player who enjoys taking responsibility and actively supports colleagues in sales.

• You are open to working remotely and traveling when necessary.

• Excellent proficiency in both German and English rounds out your profile.
