• Uphold the highest levels of professionalism and accountability.
• Over 3 years of sales and closing experience within a complex sales funnel, particularly in Wireless and/or IoT.
• Formal training in value selling methodologies (Force Management, Challenger, etc.); MEDDIC is preferred.
• Experience in IoT sales.
• Ability to thrive in uncertain situations.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in SFDC, Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• A strong desire to identify customer needs and ensure Hologram delivers exceptional experiences at every interaction.
• Capability to transform broad objectives into actionable plans, navigating challenges and making sound decisions along the way.
• A knack for moving quickly, addressing immediate customer needs as well as tackling larger issues promptly.
• Willingness to continuously learn and develop, regardless of your career stage.
