Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Identify, assess, and cultivate new business opportunities.

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with both prospective and existing clients.

• Deliver product or service presentations and demonstrations.

• Negotiate contracts and finalize sales to achieve or surpass revenue goals.

• Oversee the complete sales process from prospecting to onboarding.

• Keep precise records of client interactions using CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.

• Draft proposals, pricing, and respond to RFPs as necessary.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to guarantee client satisfaction.

• Spot upselling and cross-selling opportunities within current accounts.

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to enhance sales strategies.

• Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or account management.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

• Capability to build rapport and sustain long-term client relationships.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

• Goal-driven mindset with the ability to achieve sales objectives and meet deadlines.

• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

• Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience in B2B sales or SaaS environments is advantageous.
