This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Lead a structured sales process and oversee a designated sales territory (e.g., identify, cultivate, and secure new business opportunities)
• Seek out new clients through email marketing campaigns, networking, cold calling, and other strategies you find effective in reaching clients
• Engage with all qualified leads and opportunities assigned from various teams (e.g., Channel, Logistics, Analytics, Marketing, Community, Lead Generation)
• Foster relationships with prospects and existing customers; cross-sell and upsell to current subscribers
• Maintain a rolling 90-day pipeline to achieve or surpass Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets
• Collaborate with an account team to comprehend and utilize existing SPS relationships, while promoting a culture of mutual growth that aligns with SPS Values
• Ensure customer satisfaction; respond promptly to customer inquiries; guarantee proper alignment with Customer Success
• Record essential findings, progress, insights, and pipeline velocity in Salesforce.com
• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of demonstrated success in sales, ideally in a B2B context, particularly within the supply chain, logistics, or similar fields, with experience in commission-based sales roles.
• Proven track record of managing a specific sales territory, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing new business.
• Experience in handling multiple accounts while consistently meeting or exceeding Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets.
• Strong comprehension of pipeline velocity and sales forecasting.
• Ability to synchronize sales efforts with internal teams and leverage relationships to create new opportunities.
• Proficiency in English, German, and Polish.
