This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Take full responsibility for the entire sales cycle within a specified territory.
• Actively seek out new clients and cultivate qualified leads.
• Optimize revenue from the current customer base through strategic cross-selling and upselling efforts.
• Effectively manage a rolling 90-day sales pipeline using Salesforce.
• Work in close collaboration with the wider account team and Customer Success to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT sales, ideally in a B2B context.
• Professional proficiency in English, Swedish, and either Danish or Norwegian (both written and verbal).
• Proven track record of delivering engaging and persuasive sales presentations.
• Outstanding communication abilities (verbal, non-verbal, and written).
• Demonstrated ability to take complete ownership of the sales cycle from the initial lead to deal closure.
• Strong skills in building and maintaining relationships.
• Documented history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
