This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Meet sales targets for assigned prospective accounts on a quarterly and annual basis by formulating a sales strategy within the designated territory.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing plans aimed at driving revenue growth.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers by comprehending their current and future IT roadmap, facilitating the adoption of Snowflake solutions in the market.
• Qualify prospects and develop new sales opportunities.
• Organize and lead initial discussions and positioning meetings with Executives and CxOs.
• Manage the sales process effectively and ensure opportunity closure.
• Familiarity with a solution-focused selling approach, experience in managing complex sales processes, and possessing outstanding presentation, listening, organization, and contact management skills.
• A minimum of 5 years of field sales experience is preferred, focusing on data or cloud-related technology.
• At least 2 years of experience in generating new business accounts.
• Proven capability to independently manage, cultivate, and close new client relationships.
• A history of success in maintaining consistent activity, developing pipelines, and achieving quotas.
• Experience in identifying customer requirements and presenting suitable solutions.
• A proactive and independent thinker with high energy and a positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities.
• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience in managing executive-level relationships.
• Ability to grasp the "big picture" and the business drivers related to IT.
• Bonus points for experience with the following:
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC implementation.
• Experience in selling software or cloud-based applications is preferred.
• Professional proficiency in French.
