This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee sales operations from the initial outreach to the completion of sales, guided by sales leadership.
• Handle a substantial portfolio of clients, managing multiple accounts and incoming leads at the same time while maintaining high-quality relationships and follow-through.
• Build and nurture connections with key prospects and decision-makers in the digital Property and Casualty claims sector (Carriers, MGAs & TPAs).
• Ensure effective post-meeting follow-ups with potential clients to keep Snapsheet top of mind.
• Assist in expanding product sales to existing clients through proficient post-sale relationship management.
• Create comprehensive quotes and proposals that align with client expectations while minimizing risk to Snapsheet.
• Organize and engage in technical and sales presentations to clients.
• Maintain a robust understanding of Snapsheet’s core technology and product offerings.
• Collaborate with Snapsheet’s leadership and sales teams to implement and carry out procedures for new business quotes.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams (solutions engineers, product and technology, account management) to advance sales cycles and ensure successful implementations.
• Monitor and manage sales activities, growing the pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
• Identify new clients and handle deal cycles that involve various stakeholders (Chief Technology Officer, Chief Claims Officer, Operations, etc.).
• Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in vertical or enterprise SaaS solutions, preferably with knowledge of the P&C insurance sector.
• Proven history of achieving or surpassing sales quotas.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• Capability to develop and implement follow-up strategies to finalize sales.
• Excellent organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail while juggling multiple business relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, adept at managing multiple stakeholders throughout the sales process.
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to create actionable plans.
• A motivated and ambitious mindset; a team player committed to ensuring a seamless end-to-end sales process.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for client-facing engagements.
