This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts, including cold outreach, LinkedIn networking, partner referrals, industry events, and strategic targeting.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial discovery to the handoff for implementation to account management and customer success teams.
• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of mid-market and enterprise commerce prospects.
• Conduct exploratory meetings to grasp customer objectives, challenges, and technical needs.
• Enhance awareness of the Shopware platform within the US eCommerce landscape.
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations customized to the needs of merchants and partners.
• Collaborate with internal solutions teams and agency partners to provide compelling commerce solutions.
• Foster trusted relationships with clients, agency partners, and stakeholders within the ecosystem.
• Keep precise records in the CRM and conduct sales forecasting using HubSpot.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS, eCommerce, technology, or platform sales.
• Demonstrated ability to generate a sales pipeline and successfully close new business opportunities.
• Experience in managing consultative or solution-oriented sales processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Preference for familiarity with the eCommerce ecosystem, agencies, or digital commerce technologies.
