This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jamaica.

📋 Description

• Engage with clients to understand their business needs, assess requirements, and finalize agreements.

• Conduct in-depth discovery calls to gather high-quality insights.

• Facilitate discussions regarding hiring strategies.

• Address and resolve objections and concerns effectively.

• Foster a sense of urgency and drive momentum to ensure successful deal closures.

• Work in close collaboration with the Sales Manager and CEO.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Account Executive or Account Management positions.

• Proven experience collaborating within marketing teams or agencies.

• Outstanding communication and persuasive abilities.

• Proficient in English language skills.

• Willingness to work during US East Coast hours (9am–6pm EST).

• Familiarity with Google Sheets (practical testing will be conducted).
