This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Develop and implement sales strategies specifically designed for the UK and Ireland markets to meet revenue objectives.
β’ Establish and nurture robust relationships with current clients while identifying and engaging prospective new clients.
β’ Perform market analysis to gain insights into trends, competitor actions, and customer preferences.
β’ Collaborate effectively with Marketing and Product Development teams to ensure product offerings align with market needs.
β’ Track sales performance and provide consistent reports and forecasts to management.
β’ Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent SASMAR and broaden professional contacts.
β’ Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through outstanding communication and service.
β’ Demonstrated experience in sales, ideally within the pharmaceutical or personal care sectors.
β’ Knowledge of the UK and Ireland markets, including familiarity with local regulations and market dynamics.
β’ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships effectively.
β’ Exceptional negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
β’ Self-driven with a focus on results and the ability to work independently.
β’ Capacity to analyze market data and convert insights into effective strategies.
β’ Proficiency in Google Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
β’ A degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
