This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
β’ Introduce Saltz to chefs, restaurant proprietors, and F&B managers, persuading them to start using the platform for their orders.
β’ Manage a portfolio of restaurant and other HoReCa accounts β your responsibility is to expand them, not merely maintain them.
β’ Regularly visit clients: tour the kitchen, understand their challenges, and identify how Saltz can provide additional support.
β’ Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current accounts by asking insightful questions and listening attentively.
β’ Cultivate relationships with key individuals β chefs, GMs, procurement teams β so they view you as a trusted advisor.
β’ Collaborate closely with teams to convert client feedback into actionable insights for the platform.
β’ Drive growth by ensuring as many accounts as possible remain actively ordering.
β’ Represent Saltz at industry events, trade visits, and face-to-face meetings, where your credibility in the HoReCa sector opens doors.
β’ Experience in selling food products (ingredients, supplies, or beverages) to restaurants, hotels, or other HoReCa clients β a background in distribution, wholesale, or food supply is exactly what we seek.
β’ A solid understanding of food pricing, margins, and the decision-making process chefs undertake when making purchases β a chef wonβt confuse you with specifications or costs.
β’ A proven history of nurturing existing accounts, not just securing new ones.
β’ Proficient in managing multiple demanding relationships at the same time.
β’ Language proficiency: fluent Polish (C1) and strong English skills.
β’ Competitive base salary.
β’ Commission structure on top of the base salary, with no cap.
β’ Commuting expenses covered via business accounts (Bolt, Uber, Miles).
β’ β¬200/month Payhawk for miscellaneous work-related expenses - such as client coffees, meals, and everyday costs.
