This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Introduce Saltz to chefs, restaurant proprietors, and food & beverage managers.
• Manage a portfolio of HoReCa accounts and enhance their growth.
• Regularly engage with clients to comprehend their challenges.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within current accounts.
• Cultivate relationships with chefs, general managers, and procurement teams.
• Collaborate with teams to transform client feedback into actionable insights.
• Propel growth by ensuring accounts are consistently placing orders.
• Represent Saltz at industry events, trade visits, and meetings.
• Proven experience in selling food products (ingredients, supplies, or beverages) to restaurants, hotels, or other HoReCa clients.
• Knowledge of food pricing, margins, and the purchasing decision-making process of chefs.
• A demonstrated history of growing existing accounts.
• Ability to manage multiple demanding relationships concurrently.
• Language proficiency: fluent in German (C1) and competent in English.
• Base salary.
• Uncapped commission on top of the base salary.
• Commuting expenses covered through business accounts (Bolt, Uber, Miles).
• €200/month Payhawk for additional work-related expenses, such as client coffees, meals, and everyday costs.
