This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Surpass quarterly and annual sales objectives by generating new opportunities and promoting our solutions within the Public Sector - CHAT.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to target strategic Public Sector accounts.
• Anticipate sales activities and revenue outcomes while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Oversee and coordinate the complete sales cycle, often presenting the value of the Salesforce portfolio to C-level executives.
• Advocate for the Salesforce vision through product demonstrations, in-market events, and tailored account initiatives.
• Engage with prospective organizations to position Salesforce solutions using strategic value-based selling, business case development, return on investment analysis, references, and analyst insights.
• Provide precise monthly forecasts and ensure revenue delivery.
• Lead the comprehensive sales process by involving the necessary resources such as Business Development Representatives, Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners, and others.
• Achieve short-term results while maintaining a long-term perspective to enhance overall revenue generation.
• Demonstrated experience in selling enterprise software or SaaS solutions, preferably business applications acquired from a leading software vendor or system integrator.
• Effectively leverage internal and external networks.
• Proven success in net new business sales (direct), with a track record of consistently meeting targets.
• Established history of exceeding sales goals while selling to customers in the Public Sector - CHAT.
• Credibility across all levels and a proven ability to build positive relationships internally and with customers.
• Proficiency in English and German.
