This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Manage a portfolio of infrastructure and application software designed to enhance and modernize enterprise systems.
• Collaborate closely with Field Marketing to identify prospects and organize events.
• Drive sales initiatives in partnership with the broader Rocket sales team.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and build strong reference relationships.
• Achieve revenue goals and align with strategic objectives.
• Utilize Salesforce actively and keep accurate sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with management to negotiate pricing and contract agreements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT leaders of customer organizations.
• More than 8 years of sales experience in solution software targeting Global 1000 clients.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to various situations, coupled with unwavering honesty, integrity, and ethical standards.
• Experience in a company with a sales culture that values and rewards top performers.
• Proactively addresses challenging issues with innovative solutions.
• Capable of articulating a vision, influencing stakeholders, planning and organizing resources, and delivering results.
• Committed to exceeding expectations and able to work autonomously.
• Possesses the business insight and experience necessary to navigate large, complex clients with a diverse product portfolio.
