This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities. Although there will be leads from SDR, partnerships, and marketing efforts, you will still be expected to initiate outbound activities.
• Employ a strategic approach to identify target companies and articulate the advantages of RemoFirst, collaborating with the SDR and marketing teams to refine the target account profile continuously.
• Conduct presentations and adopt a consultative approach to demonstrate the benefits of RemoFirst to potential clients.
• Achieve a high rate of account closures.
• Monitor and report on your progress using the company's CRM system.
• Collaborate effectively within the team by offering feedback on improving the sales process, including enhancements to the sales tech stack.
• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally in a high-volume sales environment.
• Familiarity with selling HR or FinTech software is highly advantageous, and prior experience with EOR is an even greater asset.
• Experience in consultative selling methodologies.
• A proven history of consistently meeting quotas, handling complex deals, and exceeding or surpassing KPIs.
• Experience working in a fully remote setting.
