This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Propel revenue growth by identifying, nurturing, and finalizing intricate deals with Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies.
• Comprehend and articulate how Rasa can be applied across various industries while managing complex sales cycles.
• Develop and implement a territory strategy targeting high-value enterprise accounts.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder sales processes (6-12 months) involving technical advocates (Developers, Architects) and economic decision-makers (C-Suite, LOB Heads).
• Connect the technical value to business outcomes effectively.
• Lead a virtual account team (Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, Product) to achieve both technical and commercial victories.
• Demonstrate and validate the technical capabilities and business value of Rasa’s platform.
• Forecast and manage your sales activities and pipeline to consistently meet revenue objectives.
• Collaborate closely with our customer success team to uncover new opportunities for our existing clients.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to the product team.
• Over 5 years of experience in sales, particularly within complex technical fields (e.g., AI/ML, DevOps, Database/Infra).
• A solid track record of securing substantial deals (ranking in the top 10% of performance).
• Proven history of consistently surpassing quotas ($1M+ ARR targets).
• Experience in closing 6-figure deals (ranging from 100K to 500K).
• While coding skills are not required, you must possess "code-literate" or "infrastructure-fluent" abilities, allowing you to engage effectively with Engineering Directors.
• A proactive professional who operates with urgency and accountability, evidenced by a history of building pipelines from the ground up and a creative, customer-focused hunting approach.
• Strong familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or Command of the Message.
• Prepared to meet customers and prospects throughout your territory.
