This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +4 more states.
β’ Create and implement a territory strategy aimed at achieving or surpassing growth objectives by selling new instruments to both new and existing clients in the Northeast North American Region.
β’ Negotiate and finalize high-value capital equipment (GD) sales, including associated services and consumables.
β’ Expand and manage the sales pipeline, focusing on 30+ accounts while accurately forecasting customer progression and pending purchase orders with quarterly success.
β’ Offer technical expertise throughout the sales process to generate customer interest, qualify prospects, assist in product selection, and coordinate post-sale services.
β’ Actively identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach to broaden the customer base within the Northeast North American Region.
β’ Formulate and implement strategies to enter new markets and enhance the adoption of Growth Directβ’ and automated quality control solutions across targeted industries.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of proven success in high-value capital sales (capital equipment), preferably in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or regulated sectors. Experience must encompass closing complex deals with extended sales cycles (6β18 months) and managing substantial pipelines of high-value prospects.
β’ Experience in selling within highly regulated, GMP environments.
β’ Proficient in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
β’ A BS/BA degree in a scientific discipline or relevant experience in life sciences is preferred; an MBA, MSc, or advanced degree is also advantageous.
β’ Candidates lacking demonstrated experience in high-value capital sales will not be considered.
β’ Familiarity with the industrial microbiology lab (QC) environment when selling capital equipment and associated disposables is a plus.
