This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Proven sales professional: demonstrated success in closing a variety of deals in software or SaaS over the past 3-5 years.
• Hands-on approach: willing and capable of executing essential early sales activities, including calls, pitches, and negotiations.
• Entrepreneurial spirit: approach sales as if it were your own business, taking all necessary actions to attract new clients.
• Empathetic listener: adept at discerning and understanding customer needs and challenges through active listening and empathy.
