This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Propel revenue expansion by identifying and engaging prospective clients interested in enhancing their organizational change capabilities and/or implementing change management for critical business initiatives.
• Formulate account growth strategies that establish the Prosci brand as a leader in the market within targeted accounts.
• Build relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers across diverse industries.
• Partner with the account team and internal collaborators to ensure regular client interactions, including annual reviews for our most strategic accounts.
• Oversee all facets of Prosci’s client acquisition process, from recognizing new opportunities to successfully negotiating contracts and closing deals.
• Utilize value-based selling techniques to effectively position Prosci solutions and clearly articulate their business impact.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Over 10 years of experience in acquiring new clients through a consultative sales approach, with a focus on change management, advisory services, and/or professional service sales.
• More than 10 years of experience engaging with senior leaders across various industries.
• Proficient in using CRM technologies (SalesForce).
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Prosci tools) and knowledge of virtual meeting platforms.
• Fluent in both French and English; proficiency in additional European languages is preferred.
• Demonstrated strong solution sales experience and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals or quotas in a responsible role within business development.
• Fully remote position with regular travel required for client meetings, events, and other business needs.
• Candidates must reside in France and be prepared to travel frequently, with up to 50% of their time allocated to domestic and international travel as necessary.
• Compensation will vary based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and location.
