This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Assists the Director of Sales in the creation and execution of Clinical Programs, implementing best practices within the designated market.

• Analyzes satisfaction levels of referral sources and identifies branch opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Establishes and nurtures effective working relationships with referral sources and physicians to foster increased referrals.

• Evaluates accounts for potential new business opportunities and advocates for new company services.

• Identifies opportunities and leverages internal and external resources to strengthen relationships that will boost profitable net revenues and achieve budget goals.

• Secures renewal orders from existing clients.

• Regularly follows up with accounts to ensure client satisfaction, assess evolving needs, refine territory strategies, track progress towards sales targets, and evaluate product and payor mixes as well as market penetration.

• Initiates and organizes in-services for clients alongside relevant managers.

• Recognizes and builds strong connections with decision-makers who control referrals.

• Formulates and executes a marketing plan for the territory, aligned with company objectives as well as regulatory and accrediting standards.

• Aids in the development of new programs that align with planning, client needs, and community interests.

• Prepares materials for sales calls, presentations, and promotional activities, including seasonal campaigns.

• Achieves monthly quota objectives.

• Performs additional duties as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in working with health systems to sell respiratory services.

• Must possess medical sales experience.

• A respiratory therapist with current state licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner is a plus.

• Background in Homecare/DME is preferred.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for a minimum of 3 years.

• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

• Must be self-driven and motivated.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal abilities to meet the expectations of referral sources and physicians.

• Adequate PC skills for timely email communications and electronic updates of nursing notes and other documentation.

• Strong work ethic and a commitment to serving our referral sources and patients while driving business growth.

• Willing to work extended hours on short notice, as required.
