This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Take ownership of the entire sales cycle - from initial discovery call to final close.
• Conduct discovery calls to identify the workflow challenges faced by prospects.
• Showcase and demonstrate Process Street to potential clients.
• Sell Process Street's AI offerings, including Cora, and effectively communicate how AI-driven workflows can revolutionize team operations.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance your own sales processes, increasing personal productivity and reducing the feedback loop.
• Keep precise records in the CRM and ensure pipeline cleanliness.
• Work together with Customer Success on transitions and early expansion opportunities.
• Achieve and surpass monthly activity goals and quarterly pipeline objectives.
• You possess over 3 years of experience in selling AI tools, SaaS, or professional services.
• You identify as a 'Challenger' or Gap seller.
• You have a solid history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• You are passionate about start-ups and technology.
• You adapt quickly and are a fast learner.
• You are open to coaching, curious, and eager to enhance your sales skills.
• You communicate with clarity and confidence.
• You have a strong enthusiasm for improving processes and systems.
