Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for generating new revenue streams, while enhancing and expanding existing revenue, all while delivering exceptional customer service and fostering robust client relationships.

• Marketing global litigation services to law firms on both local and national levels, and serving as a key liaison between clients and PD’s internal operations teams.

• Manage current accounts through a relationship-focused strategy.

• Generate new account revenue by researching and identifying potential leads, reaching out to new law firms, building trust, and educating clients about PD’s offerings.

• Propel sales activities to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

• Engage in technical conversations with prospective clients through demonstrations and presentations.

• Collaborate with internal teams including sales, sales management, and marketing.

• Ensure all clients receive outstanding customer service.

• Attend (in-person or virtually) association events, client visits, lunch and learns, demonstrations, and other necessary client activities.

• Utilize the company-provided CRM daily to monitor activities and follow up with customers.

• Work in synergy with all operations teams to guarantee customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in selling court reporting services or similar offerings to the legal sector is essential.

• A well-established client base within the legal industry is highly advantageous.

• Proven track record in sales, negotiation, communication, and delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic business environment.

• Must possess strong problem-solving abilities, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, a proactive "Make It Happen" mindset, and the ability to excel both independently and as part of a team.

• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
