This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Strategic market development & account strategy: Develop and oversee the go-to-market strategy for our target industries, identifying and prioritizing target customers.
• Prospecting, sales cycle & closing: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through appropriate activities.
• Management and expansion of existing customers: Strategically further develop existing clients and identify additional business potentials.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with various teams (Sales Leadership, Marketing, etc.).
• Revenue ownership: Be responsible for revenue targets and contribute to company growth.
• Forecasting and CRM management: Accountable for forecasting and ensuring transparent pipeline planning within the CRM.
• Several years of experience in B2B sales of software or SaaS solutions, ideally within our target industries or in the industrial and manufacturing sector.
• Proven success in developing new business (New Logo Sales) and closing complex enterprise deals.
• Experience collaborating with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
• Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, or cost engineering processes in our target sectors.
• Excellent skills in territory planning, account strategy, and pipeline management.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at the decision-maker level.
• High self-responsibility, resilience, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Nice to have: A strong network in our target industries and experience in selling technical software solutions.
