This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
β’ You will be responsible for acquiring our initial customers in the Austrian market, overseeing initial customer success initiatives, and assisting in expanding our footprint in Austria.
β’ You will manage the entire sales process: prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting solutions, and closing deals. There are no strict scripts - just a comprehensive playbook for you to learn from and enhance.
β’ Establish connections with law firms, private enterprises, and public organizations. Your objective is to empower attorneys to fundamentally change their research workflows using Pandektes.
β’ Proficient in both German and English
β’ Excellent relationship-building abilities
β’ A self-motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership and ambition
β’ Comfortable navigating uncertainty - you are proactive and excel in a dynamic environment
β’ Ability to quickly adapt, think innovatively, and customize messaging for a new market
β’ Preferred: experience within the legal sector and/or marketing
β’ 25 vacation days annually plus public holidays
β’ International team events a few times a year (the most recent was held in Barcelona)
