This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Oversee the complete sales process for qualified SMB leads (businesses with 11-200 employees), which includes generating contracts and fulfilling other requirements for closing across a varied product portfolio.
• Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets using appropriate value-driven sales strategies and techniques.
• Engage in prospecting activities by collaborating with assigned leads to arrange discovery sessions and product demonstrations via various communication channels: emails, calls, LinkedIn messages, etc.
• Conduct discovery calls with potential clients to comprehend their business needs and illustrate how PandaDoc can address them.
• Deliver product demonstrations and assist prospects in evaluating PandaDoc for their specific use cases through demos, events, and targeted initiatives.
• Collaborate with prospects to guide them through value-based sales processes, including qualification, discovery, evaluation, and purchase.
• Negotiate and finalize deals with buyers.
• Coordinate with other departments (like Marketing, Customer Success, and Account Management) to ensure a top-tier customer journey and a seamless transition to post-sale teams.
• Maintain a well-organized pipeline and actively work to advance buyers through various sales stages.
• Keep or exceed activity, pipeline, and closing metrics at the designated targets.
• 1-3 years of direct sales experience meeting quotas while selling B2B applications/solutions.
• Experience with SMB and Mid-Market deal sizes.
• Proven track record of accurately tracking and forecasting a pipeline for all engagements and activities using a CRM system.
• Proficient in managing a multi-touch sales cycle.
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving and dynamic environment.
