• Responsible for sustaining sales volume from current customers while also driving growth and new business development through telephone outreach.
• Collaborates closely with the Region Manager, Area Manager, and independent representatives to align with the strategic priorities of the Region.
• Typically initiates outbound sales calls to existing customers to foster relationships and increase revenue.
• Tracks call volume, phone duration, and number of contacts in line with activity objectives.
• Follows up on sales leads and meets established monthly targets.
• May conduct and finalize sales presentations and product demonstrations via telephone and online platforms.
• Keeps abreast of industry trends and technical advancements that impact target markets.
• Involved in new product launch initiatives.
• Addresses technical and product-related inquiries from customers and potential clients.
• Maintains a high level (90%) of technical and customer service knowledge, encompassing industry insights, product details, technical aspects, competitive landscape, systems, and order entry processing.
• Works in partnership with operations and R&D personnel to ensure clear communication channels with customers.
• Vocational or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant educational discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience or a vocational degree.
