This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take full ownership of the sales cycle for accounts in the UK & Ireland market, from initial outreach to closing deals and expanding relationships.
• Generate new revenue by acquiring and nurturing enterprise and mid-market accounts that align with Omilia's Ideal Customer Profile in sectors such as banking, healthcare, insurance, utilities, and telecommunications.
• Establish and maintain senior-level relationships within target accounts, positioning Omilia as the go-to partner for AI-powered contact centre automation.
• Create and implement account strategies, territory plans, and pipeline forecasts that achieve or surpass quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
• Serve as the principal commercial contact for your accounts, coordinating cross-functional resources to ensure successful outcomes.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally, providing insights into the UK market and competitive landscape to product, marketing, and leadership teams to shape go-to-market strategies.
• A minimum of 3–5 years' experience in a similar Account Executive or enterprise sales position.
• Experience engaging with international clients and/or partners.
• Demonstrated success in enterprise software sales, ideally within contact center, SaaS, or conversational AI solutions.
• Strong comprehension of technical sales processes, including RFP/RFI responses, solution presentations, and proposal creation.
• Capability to translate customer business needs into technical solutions and effectively communicate value propositions.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (such as Salesforce) and managing sales pipelines.
• Experience working collaboratively with technical teams (e.g., Sales Engineers, Product Management) to deliver client solutions.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong skills in relationship-building and stakeholder management.
• An analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the capability to qualify opportunities and evaluate risks.
