This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Enhance Nomic’s established presence in the APAC region by expanding the client base, identifying new target companies, mapping buying committees, and creating outbound sequences tailored to regional market trends.
• Engage potential clients through various channels, including direct outreach, industry events, AEC associations, and partner networks.
• Assess opportunities based on Nomic’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP): firms with active digital transformation initiatives, complex drawing and document environments, and AI readiness at leadership levels.
• Keep an accurate pipeline in HubSpot and assist with regional forecasting.
• Execute the complete sales process: discovery, technical qualification, demonstrations, pilot scoping, commercial negotiations, and finalizing deals.
• Lead platform evaluations and paid pilot programs, collaborating with our Forward Deployed Engineering team on technical setups and use case delivery.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder transactions involving IT, operations, and executive leadership.
• Create and customize proposals and commercial materials to align with regional practices.
• Manage the customer relationship after closing: collaborate with our Onboarding Manager during implementation and into steady-state operations.
• Promote adoption, track usage and engagement, and identify growth opportunities within accounts.
• Act as the regional escalation point for customer issues and relay customer feedback to the product team.
• Develop case studies, references, and a customer community to support ongoing regional growth.
• Identify and cultivate regional partnerships with systems integrators, AEC technology resellers, and consultants serving the target market.
• Represent Nomic at AEC conferences, trade shows, and industry events throughout APAC and the Middle East.
• Provide market insights back to US leadership, including buyer behavior, competitive landscape, localization gaps, and pricing expectations.
• Serve as the regional subject matter expert for the broader Nomic sales team, assisting US-based colleagues in engaging, qualifying, and progressing opportunities in APAC and Middle Eastern markets.
• Share insights on deal patterns, objection handling, and buyer dynamics through structured feedback channels with the Head of Revenue and sales team.
• Contribute to the creation of regional sales strategies, localized marketing materials, and onboarding content as the team expands.
• 5–8 years of B2B sales experience in enterprise or technical software, with a proven track record of establishing and growing a territory.
• Knowledge of the AEC industry, either from selling to AEC firms (such as Procore, Autodesk, Bentley, Bluebeam, or similar) or from experience within an AEC organization.
• Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle: from prospecting to closing, including multi-stakeholder enterprise transactions.
• Experience in managing post-sale relationships and fostering account expansion.
• Comfortable collaborating across time zones and closely coordinating with a US-based leadership and sales team.
• Located in Australia, New Zealand, or Singapore; fluent in English required.
