This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
β’ Manage the complete process: from discovery through solution development, proposal and commercials, to closing and seamless handoff to Customer Success.
β’ Conduct credible sales independently, without a Sales Engineer: lead product demonstrations, clarify funding flows, and engage in API/integration discussions.
β’ Maintain a streamlined process: take concise notes, outline clear next steps, ensure clean pipeline management, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
β’ Navigate complex scenarios: work with compliance, legal, and technical stakeholders within the same deal.
β’ Convert demand effectively: secure high-intent inbound leads and referrals, and execute targeted outbound strategies where necessary.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of experience closing B2B deals in payments, fintech, or API infrastructure targeting upper mid-market and early enterprise clients.
β’ Strong and structured approach to discovery; capable of translating ambiguity into a defined solution and commercial strategy.
β’ Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes that involve technical, legal, and compliance decision-makers.
β’ Diligent follow-through with a commitment to maintaining a clean CRM and disciplined forecasting.
β’ Bonus: experience with stablecoins/crypto, regulated financial products, or technical solution sales.
