This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a representative for NiCE Cognigy, fostering awareness and generating new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
• Meet and exceed ARR and Annual Contract Value (ACV) booking objectives.
• Finalize agreements through both direct sales and partner networks.
• Develop and sustain a robust sales pipeline.
• Secure significant enterprise contracts.
• Manage comprehensive sales processes from account strategy to closure.
• Oversee responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Represent Cognigy at trade exhibitions and industry conferences.
• Demonstrated success in selling Software as a Service (SaaS) or technology solutions (UCaaS, CCaaS, AI).
• A proactive, hunter mentality with a strong drive to succeed.
• Capability to formulate and articulate complex deal structures and return on investments (ROIs).
• Confidence in navigating sales cycles with all levels of management, particularly at the SVP and C-suite levels.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented and approachable attitude.
• Proficient in independently managing a sales cycle while utilizing internal resources effectively.
• Comfortable utilizing a partner channel to enhance the sales process.
