This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Own the Entire Sales Cycle: From the initial conversation to the signed contract, you will oversee each phase of the process, including discovery, demonstrations, negotiations, and closing.
• Build and Cultivate Your Pipeline: Generate inbound leads through marketing efforts, create outbound opportunities via your own prospecting, and maintain a robust pipeline with predictable forecasts.
• Position the Optimal Solution: Comprehend the challenges faced by your prospects and connect them with the appropriate Nextron solutions, engaging users, decision-makers, and influencers throughout the process.
• Collaborate with Technical Engineers: Work closely with our technical team to deliver engaging demonstrations and provide the necessary expertise to your prospects.
• Foster Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with go-to-market partners (Managed SOC Operators, IT Security Service Providers, DFIR Response Specialist Firms) to broaden your reach and unlock new opportunities.
• Grow Existing Accounts: Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to your customers, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to drive sustainable growth.
• Influence Our Go-to-Market Strategy: Your insights from the front lines are valuable. Contribute to defining our Ideal Customer Profile, product-market fit, and market entry strategies.
• Report to the Regional Sales Director: You will have direct access to leadership, receiving both support and the autonomy needed to drive results.
• Achieve Results: Maintain an accurate CRM, develop reliable forecasts, and consistently meet (or surpass) your targets.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B new customer acquisition within SaaS, software, or cybersecurity sectors.
• A solid understanding of cybersecurity, threat detection, or response technologies is highly advantageous.
• Self-Motivated: An entrepreneurial spirit and intrinsic motivation to expand Nextron's footprint in new markets.
• Executive Presence: Proficient in communicating with CISOs and CIOs, while also effectively engaging with hands-on security teams, understanding how enterprise deals are successfully closed.
• Relationship Builder: Capable of establishing trust remotely, with the ability to communicate effectively and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Analytical and Action-Oriented: A results-driven mindset complemented by strong analytical abilities, coupled with a proactive attitude and confident presence.
• Client-Focused: Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with a genuine enthusiasm for addressing customer challenges.
• Team-Oriented: Collaborative, inquisitive, and eager to succeed, supported by strategic thinking capabilities.
• Proficiency in English is essential as our operations are conducted in English daily; proficiency in additional languages is highly valued and advantageous across our global customer base.
• A Bachelor's degree is a plus.
