This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Account Executive is a sales professional responsible for achieving sales targets by selling the company’s products, services, and solutions while fostering and maintaining robust client relationships.
• Meet the designated sales quota through effective management of opportunities within a specific book of business or territory.
• Develop and sustain productive client relationships by holding regular meetings, understanding client needs, and recommending suitable products and solutions.
• Carry out the essential stages of the sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution presentation, proposal development, and closing, with management support as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and guarantee a positive customer experience throughout the sales and post-sale lifecycle.
• Spearhead the creation and implementation of account plans, which involves understanding client organizational structures, key stakeholders, objectives, and growth opportunities.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally in a healthcare technology environment.
• Familiarity with sales fundamentals and best practices in customer service.
• Basic understanding of sales cycle management and pipeline concepts.
• Knowledge of the company’s products, services, and solution capabilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
