This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing deals, consistently generating a pipeline through outbound initiatives, PLG signals, and partnership opportunities.
• Drive new business and growth opportunities within mid-market and enterprise accounts across North America.
• Cultivate relationships with developers, engineering leaders, digital teams, and business stakeholders to navigate sales cycles focused on developers.
• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to facilitate technical validation and foster long-term account growth.
• Assist customers in comprehending modern composable architectures, AI-native development workflows, and the unique approach of Netlify's platform.
• Utilize product usage data, AI trends, and customer signals to prioritize opportunities and generate urgency.
• Identify and nurture expansion opportunities stemming from self-service and product-led adoption signals.
• Maintain strong discipline in forecasting, pipeline management, and deal execution.
• Contribute to the advancement of our sales strategy by bringing enthusiasm, innovative ideas, customer feedback, and market insights back into the organization.
• Transform product and AI market momentum into quantifiable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Minimum of 4 years of SaaS sales experience targeting technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience in prospecting and building pipelines within a dynamic technology environment.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and business stakeholders effectively.
• Demonstrated resilience, determination, and a proactive approach in ambiguous situations.
• A keen interest in developer tools, AI, cloud infrastructure, modern web technologies, or technical platforms.
• Preferred experience with PLG motions, developer tools, cloud platforms, AI tooling, or contemporary SaaS infrastructure.
• Familiarity with technologies such as APIs, frontend frameworks, composable architecture, CI/CD, cloud hosting, or AI agents.
