This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Adhere to our established sales process while guiding opportunities from initial conversation to closing.
• Manage a designated account list and consistently prospect to develop new business.
• Conduct thorough discovery sessions to identify priorities, motivations for change, and decision-making criteria.
• Recognize and engage multiple stakeholders through effective multi-threading.
• Collaborate closely with Product Specialists to deliver engaging demos, workshops, and trials.
• Prepare and present impactful demos and proposal presentations.
• Maintain high standards of Salesforce hygiene, ensuring that pipeline and forecasts are accurate at all times.
• Generate urgency and sustain strong deal momentum throughout lengthy and complex sales cycles.
• Travel to trade shows, industry events, and in-person meetings with key prospects.
• At least 3 years of experience in SaaS sales with proven success in enterprise or mid-market settings.
• A history of strong performance demonstrated through win rate, deal size, sales velocity, and time-to-close.
• Proven expertise in discovery, stakeholder mapping, and multi-threading.
• Ability to effectively present value through demos and proposals that resonate with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation skills and a commitment to securing deals that are mutually beneficial.
• Rigorous forecasting and pipeline management skills, with a comprehensive understanding of each deal stage and associated risks.
• Tech-savvy and proficient with tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and G-Suite.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with the capability to collaborate effectively across various functions.
• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable managing your own business with a significant degree of autonomy.
• Familiarity with our technology stack (Salesforce, Gong, G-Suite).
• Experience working with corporate security, public safety, or law enforcement clients.
