This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Develop and execute strategies aimed at enhancing market share by identifying targeted commercial and/or government physician practices, hospitals, wound care clinics, medical centers, surgical centers, and related entities within the designated territory.
• Promote and sell the Company’s products and tissues through engagement with established customers and the cultivation of new prospects.
• Propel sales growth and meet defined sales performance objectives (based on historical company sales) for both products and tissue offerings.
• Identify, define, and capitalize on market opportunities by implementing innovative marketing strategies, crafting effective sales plans, and achieving balanced revenue growth across all customer accounts and sales channels (physician practices, hospitals, wound care clinics, medical centers, surgical centers, and related entities) within the assigned territory.
• Choose presentation content from company-approved materials; deliver both large group and individual presentations to customers and prospects regarding all company products and their applications.
• Investigate and resolve reimbursement challenges for customers, adhering to established policies and guidelines.
• Foster and sustain a collaborative relationship with the company’s reimbursement team to ensure that effective support is extended to physicians prescribing our products and their billing departments.
• Provide precise and timely reporting and tracking of sales activities alongside territory sales forecasts.
• Stay informed about industry developments, updates, and local market dynamics.
• Leverage key scientific medical studies to enhance the knowledge of customers and prospects regarding the properties, results, and outcomes of the company’s products and tissue offerings.
• Define and establish territory plans to ensure the achievement of revenue and sales targets for the current period (e.g., month, quarter, and year) as well as the long-term growth of the territory.
• BS/BA in a relevant discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in a related field with 1-3 years in progressively responsible positions, or demonstrable capability; alternatively, an MS/MA with 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
• Certification is mandated in certain areas.
• Preferably 3-4 years of experience within the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue sectors of the healthcare industry.
• Prior experience in high-growth organizations and cultivating relationships that have driven the organization’s expansion.
