• Formulate and execute strategies aimed at enhancing market share by identifying targeted commercial and/or government physician practices, hospitals, wound care clinics, medical centers, surgical centers, and related entities within the designated territory.
• Promote and market the Company’s products and tissues by engaging with existing customers while cultivating new prospects.
• Propel sales growth and meet specified sales performance targets (based on historical company sales) for product and tissue offerings.
• Identify, articulate, and capitalize on market opportunities by implementing innovative marketing strategies, developing effective sales plans, and achieving balanced revenue growth from all customer accounts through various sales channels (physician practices, hospitals, wound care clinics, medical centers, surgical centers, and related entities) within the assigned territory.
• Select presentation materials from company-approved resources; conduct large group and individual presentations to customers and prospects regarding all company products and their applications.
• Investigate and resolve reimbursement challenges for customers, adhering to established policies and guidelines.
• Cultivate and sustain a collaborative relationship with the company’s reimbursement team to ensure effective support is provided to physicians who prescribe our products and to their billing departments.
• Deliver accurate and timely reporting and tracking of sales activities as well as territory sales forecasts.
• Stay informed of industry activities, updates, and local market dynamics.
• Leverage key scientific medical studies to enhance the knowledge of customers and prospects regarding the properties, results, and outcomes related to the company’s products and tissue offerings.
• Designate and implement territory plans to secure the attainment of revenue and sales objectives for the current period (e.g., month, quarter, and year) in addition to fostering long-term growth within the territory.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in a related field with 1-3 years in progressively responsible positions, or demonstrable capability.
• Master’s degree and 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
• Certification is mandatory in certain areas.
• Preferably 3-4 years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue segments of the healthcare sector.
• Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability to engage with all levels of management, both internally and externally, as well as with customers.
• Capacity to influence others to achieve desired outcomes through perseverance and diplomacy.
• Well-organized, adaptable, and capable of multitasking while maintaining a high level of efficiency and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills along with strategic and technical analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven history of achieving sales results and recognitions.
• Successful track record of meeting sales targets and driving top-line growth, with a history of surpassing sales objectives.
• Demonstrated proficiency in strategic selling and market analytics.
• Ability to establish a moderate-sized network of relationships with healthcare providers (e.g., physicians, clinicians, program directors, etc.).
