This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Develop and execute strategies aimed at enhancing market share within the designated territory.
• Identify key physician practices, hospitals, wound care clinics, medical centers, surgical centers, and related organizations.
• Promote and sell the Company’s products and tissues to both existing customers and new prospects.
• Drive sales growth while meeting established sales performance targets.
• Identify, define, and act on market opportunities through strategic marketing initiatives and sales plans.
• Conduct presentations, both large-group and individual, focused on company products and their applications.
• Research and address reimbursement challenges faced by customers.
• Collaborate with the reimbursement team to assist physicians in prescribing products and coordinating with their billing departments.
• Report and monitor sales activities and forecasts within the territory.
• Stay informed about industry developments, updates, and local market conditions.
• Utilize scientific medical research to educate customers and prospects regarding product characteristics, results, and outcomes.
• Define and create territory plans to meet both short-term and long-term revenue and sales objectives.
• Work at customer or clinical sites and/or from the home office, travel regularly within the assigned territory, and comply with customer-site credentialing protocols.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a relevant area with 1–3 years in progressively responsible roles, or demonstrable capability.
• Alternatively, a Master’s degree and 1–3 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Certification may be required in specific areas.
• Preferred: 3–4 years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue segments of healthcare.
• Previous experience in high-growth organizations and cultivating growth-oriented relationships.
• Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to engage with both internal and external management and clients.
• Capacity to influence others through persistence and diplomacy.
• Organized, adaptable, and capable of multitasking efficiently with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, strategic, technical analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to analyze markets, devise sales strategies, and present clinical and scientific data to physicians.
• Proven track record of sales achievements and recognitions.
• Successful history of meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
• Demonstrated skills in strategic selling and market analysis.
• Capability to build a moderate-sized network of healthcare providers.
• Must adhere to customer-site credentialing and registration requirements, including current vaccinations.
• Regular local and/or long-distance travel within the assigned territory.
