This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Take ownership of the entire sales process for new business opportunities within our commerce and retail platforms.
• Identify, qualify, and secure mid-market and enterprise retail and eCommerce clients.
• Develop and implement account strategies customized to meet each customer’s objectives and priorities.
• Facilitate value-driven discovery and solution-oriented discussions with various stakeholders, including senior and C-suite executives.
• Collaborate across departments with Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to ensure positive customer outcomes and sustainable growth.
• Maintain a disciplined and accurate sales pipeline, including forecasting and CRM management.
• Represent Maropost at industry events, webinars, and partner engagements.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in quota-carrying sales, preferably in SaaS or retail/commerce technology.
• Demonstrated success in closing deals with mid-market and/or enterprise clients.
• Strong skills in discovery, solution selling, and closing within complex sales cycles.
• Proven ability to influence multiple stakeholders, including senior and executive decision-makers.
• Familiarity with retail and eCommerce ecosystems (POS, CX, Martech, logistics, etc. is highly valued).
• A organized, self-motivated approach with strong commercial acumen.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first setting.
• Applicants must reside in QLD, NSW, or VIC, possess unconditional permanent working rights in Australia, be willing to travel interstate occasionally, and work from home.
• Participate in industry events, webinars, customer-facing activities, and team gatherings throughout the region.
