This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Develop and oversee your own outbound pipeline throughout the US and LATAM.
• Establish connections with founders, People leaders, and hiring managers at rapidly growing companies.
• Conduct discovery calls to identify hiring challenges and present MTA’s solutions in a consultative manner.
• Prepare proposals and finalize recruiting and Talent-as-a-Service (TaaS) partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with the recruiting team to ensure seamless client transitions and effective delivery.
• Contribute to the development of the commercial playbook as the company grows.
• 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in recruiting, staffing, HR tech, SaaS, or related services.
• Demonstrated ability to independently generate pipeline through outbound initiatives and relationship cultivation.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• A proactive individual who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and enjoys building from the ground up.
• A commercial mindset complemented by strong emotional intelligence and consultative sales abilities.
