This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Create and implement a detailed territory business strategy focused on acquiring and retaining accounts.
• Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets through pipeline development, new account acquisition, retention, and growth.
• Oversee current hospital and healthcare system accounts to enhance utilization, compliance, retention, and expansion.
• Identify and address performance gaps in accounts through action plans supported by available resources.
• Establish networks with business and clinical advocates.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and utilize data analytics to showcase achievements and pinpoint growth prospects.
• Formulate expansion strategies that include success metrics, onboarding, training, and business evaluations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customer contracting groups on renewals and contract extensions.
• Implement both top-down and bottom-up sales techniques with hospital front-line managers and C-suite executives.
• Generate and qualify leads, manage the progression of the pipeline from lead to closure, and meet revenue forecasts.
• Create evaluation plans for new accounts that encompass onboarding, training, and progress assessments.
• Negotiate pricing agreements with potential clients.
• Maintain a high level of expertise in the blood culture collection market and Magnolia Medical’s Steripath® ISDD® platform.
• Lead cross-departmental and multi-level stakeholder meetings throughout the sales process.
• Deliver approved Magnolia Medical materials to customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Represent Magnolia Medical at conferences, networking gatherings, and national events.
• Manage Salesforce CRM, document sales activities, track the pipeline, forecast sales, report expenses, and handle other sales operations.
• Gather and analyze account data to inform strategic decisions and resource distribution.
• Collaborate with colleagues and the Leadership Team on long-term growth strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is strongly preferred.
• More than 7 years of demonstrated success in field sales and account management within the medical device sector.
• Experience in acquiring new business and retaining accounts.
• Proven record of surpassing revenue targets, achieving account growth goals, and meeting customer retention objectives.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders in ED, Laboratory, Infection Prevention, Antimicrobial Stewardship, Clinical Value Analysis, Supply Chain, and C-Suite.
• Strong negotiation capabilities for both new and renewal contracts.
• Advanced presentation and communication skills to effectively convey clinical and financial information.
• Proficient in Salesforce.com, Tableau, MS Office Suite, ERP, and other enterprise software.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency, accountability, and a focus on results.
• Alignment with the mission and values of Magnolia Medical.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Capability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly.
