This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities through extensive outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, virtual meetings, and in-person customer interactions.
• Identify key decision-makers and business drivers, effectively presenting the Loadsmart pitch in an engaging manner.
• Manage intricate sales cycles from initial contact to successful onboarding in a dynamic sales setting.
• Skillfully assist customers with complex integration projects, contracts, RFPs, and onboarding procedures.
• Develop and oversee a robust pipeline of Enterprise and Mid-Market clients, collaborating with sales management to deliver precise sales forecasts.
• Work closely with Loadsmart’s customer success-oriented Account Management team to ensure long-term customer retention.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to continuously improving your sales abilities. Regularly engage in role-playing, objection-handling drills, and pitch demonstrations. Actively seek and implement constructive feedback and analytical insights to refine your approach.
• Thoughtfully assess Loadsmart’s existing product offerings and roadmap. Proactively share customer insights and personal observations with Loadsmart's Product and Engineering teams to enhance customer value.
• Become a subject matter expert on our business, including processes, operations, technical capabilities, the competitive landscape, and stay informed on industry trends.
• Engage as an active member of our collaborative sales team and contribute to our culture of sales excellence.
• MUST HAVE direct sales experience in Supply Chain SaaS.
• Ability to work autonomously and independently.
• Over 3 years of direct sales experience in Enterprise or Mid-Market B2B Sales with a proven track record of meeting quotas.
• Strong communication, customer service, and project management skills.
• High energy and enthusiasm.
• Experience thriving in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
• Willingness to operate in a highly entrepreneurial and teamwork-focused setting.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
• Fluent in both German and English.
