This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Propel sales and margin enhancement through a consultative method that aligns with Ledge Contract’s objectives.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations and project teams.
• Pinpoint growth prospects and actively engage with clients via in-person meetings, field visits, and continuous communication.
• Evaluate and manage opportunities from various channels, including self-initiated outreach, inbound inquiries, and internal referrals.
• Collaborate with Senior Account Executives, Project Specialists, Consumer Experience, and International Sales teams to ascertain the appropriate resources for each opportunity.
• Create customized presentations and proposals that effectively convey Ledge’s value, product offerings, design viewpoint, and project support capabilities.
• Convert client and project requirements into clear next steps that aid in accurate quoting, product recommendations, order fulfillment, project timelines, and delivery expectations.
• Uphold disciplined pipeline management, encompassing precise sales forecasts, activity monitoring, opportunity stages, and CRM reporting.
• Engage in trade shows, industry events, client meetings, and market visits to enhance brand visibility and strengthen relationships.
• Over 3 years of sales or business development experience in sectors such as furniture, design, hospitality, commercial, residential, FF&E, building products, real estate, or similar industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, a related field, or Interior Design is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, expanding client relationships, and surpassing sales objectives.
• Strong grasp of project-based sales cycles, from initial development through design, proposal, product production, order fulfillment, and delivery.
• Highly driven and solutions-focused; comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with travel as necessary to advance business initiatives.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders, both internal and external, through excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Resourceful and calm when priorities change, capable of creating structure, resolving issues, and advancing opportunities.
• Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace; experience with HubSpot or NetSuite is preferred.
